Beware of this place. This is a place for few. There are mucn better, more family friendly, more sailing oriented, affordable and more enjoyable yacht clubs around.

Stopped here for an overnight mooring in mid October on our way South for the winter. Got onto the ball and our generator was dead. Asked to move into a slip for the night, so we could plug in. First we were allowed to tie at the launch station, then told we had to leave. Called next door to Mansion Marina and they said sure. Club official then wants to know how much Mansion wanted. Maybe we could “make a deal”. I just left. This place used to be Great Kills Yacht Club and I guess this is new management. They need to work on their hospitality skills. Oh and I am a member of a reciprocating yacht club. We felt unwelcome and will not stop here again. Atlantic Highlands is a much better alternative with a nice town close to the dock.
