The facility was very nice. The bathrooms were dirty and trash was full. The dockhands and harbormaster were not customer focused. They all including harbormaster seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the job. They did the minimum and scurried off to next spot.
It was quite busy at peak but I expect that is known. It seemed the same to me on Thursday before peak load. Friday was very busy. Should be better all the time.
