Fabulous Staff, Fabulous Facilities, Great security. Easy dockage with our 50' boat with a 5' draft. Easy walk into downtown with a lot of great breweries and restaurants.....HOWEVER! Eat early because you do NOT want to be out downtown after dark walking back to your boat. HUGE homeless problem and we saw people shooting up early on in the evening.
