The people were fantastic great job to the marina team! We are a larger MV and that being said we were placed on a T head directly adjacent to the cut in the brake wall, which made for a very rocky 2 nights as there is nothing to protect the waves. Next time will request a different T head. We have stayed here before and we always enjoy the location to the city, the safety and convenience. Great job team just bad spot for large boat with a lot of freeboard. Thanks Life Story

Once again we visited our favorite marina for an overnight in Burlington! Great staff, courteous, top service, fair pricing and best facilities for boaters on the Lake. A-1 bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities and a convenient Ship's Store. We will be back!

Overall service is excellently

Lovely facilities, helpful front desk staff. Our 3rd stay. Only complaint is sometimes waves get stuck behind the attenuation wall and the rocking can be extreme and slow to dissipate. Might depend on your location in the marina. Despite this, one of my favorite places to stay along the entire eastern seaboard.

Nice place, excellent services! We needed a mecanic to look at our generator and they called one and he came over the dat we arrived! The staff are very helpful and kind! We will certainly come back again!!!

We had a fabulous 4 day stay at this marina. This is our 4th year enjoying the Burlington Waterfront for the 3rd of July fireworks. This marina is beautiful, well staffed with friendly, professional people. The amenities are top notch, extremely clean Bath/Shower rooms. We will definitely be back next year.

I would rate Burlington Harbor Marina with 6 stars if I could. Superb marina, modern and very clean facilities, showers, heads, … The dockhands are excellent and forthcoming. Marina is spotless & gas and pumpout are easy and dock hands are great. Slips on floating dogs are immaculate and easy to access with adequate power and water. Bath houses are luxurious. Recreation path is within steps and Church Street is a short walk into town. Sally & Vivien in the office are so helpful, courteous and accommodating to reservation changes. Shout out to Juniper and Cal at the fuel dock! Thanks for the exceptional service - Perhaps the best stop on the Great Loop!

Fantastic & friendly!!

Our first stop again this season! We love our overnights with these wonderful folks! Burlington Harbor Marina is impressive on so many levels. I love the marina store. It has all the necessities, of course, but goes the extra mile with lots of fun gifts, gear and clothing. The staff is first rate and the shower suites are among the nicest we’ve encountered. Another real treat is the resident food truck, Farmers and Foragers. They’ll even deliver to your slip! For two seasons now, stopping over at this marina has been a high point of our summer cruising on the lake!

Great spot. Friendly and helpful team, first rate amenities and great location. We are looking forward to another visit.

Fantastic facility - modern, beautiful (even the bathrooms are chic), generous well-appointed docks, located in the midst of the waterfront, surrounded by a park, a bike path, and outstanding views of the Adirondack and Green Mountains. A 10 minute walk takes to you Burlington, with restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. The BHM staff is top notch, they truly understand friendly service combined with boating expertise. The Marina store offers coffee and essentials - which for BHM means champagne. If you are out for a weekend or a summer, BHM is a definite waypoint to pamper you, your crew, and your boat.

Burlington Harbor Marina quickly accommodated us (a group of 4 boats) by moving other boats for 2 nights. The staff is great and helpful, facilities are modern, very clean and close to everything. I enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic marina, great service

We stayed at Burlington Harbor Marina from 6/30 - 7/4. Originally, we had reservations starting on 7/1, but because of high winds, we asked if we could come a night early. Burlington Harbor Marina quickly accommodated us (a group of 5 boats). The marina is modern, very clean, well managed and the staff is great! Their store is very well stocked. It's a convenient location to the Burlington Bike Path and many restaurants. The Farmers and Foragers' Food Truck is on site and a great place to get a quick meal either to go or dine in. If you haven't booked a slip for a night or two, definitely put it on your list!!!

Nice, new marina with wide fairways and slips. The dock crew knew what they were doing, welcomed us and gave us all the info we needed for a wonderful 4 day 4th of July stay. Absolutely a MUST for the excellent viewing point for the city fireworks on the 3rd. Management provides everything they promise and more.

Friendly staff !! Venues very clean , fantastic docks. Dock for transient could be locked like the seasonal , the dock is accessible all day until 8:00 pm by general public

Was my first stay at the marina. Was very pleased with every aspect of the place ( very clean , good service ) I will definitively go back without hesitation .

We arrived 5 minutes before closing time and the dock hands were right there ready to help.

Incredible stay at the Marina! Extremely clean and the staff is very competent. We had motor issues when entering the Marina and we ask if they had a macanic to help us and the next day, we were up and going, boat fixed. Awesome marina with outstanding staff from office staff to dock hands. Marina manager Bob will get you set up with absolutely anything you need. Dock hands come running to help. Sparkling clean restrooms and showers. Total wave/wake protection. Incomparable sunset views over the lake and mountains. Walk to town, plenty of restaurants. Immediate access to bike path and park.

This was my first year at BHM, and what an experience it has been! Bob and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to accommodate any requests, but also to make conversation. It is a full-service marina, meaning that they will do anything that is needed to maintain your boat and to ensure that your experience is a safe and enjoyable one. Best marina on Lake Champlain!

We just moved from another Marina to Burlington Harbor Marina and We love it here! The customer service is amazing, Bob has been so kind and helpful. The amenities are amazing, so very clean. The harbor store, has lots of our needs, clothing included! We especially love the convenience of parking!! Friday night the Farm to Forage food truck had a Jazz band playing, so much fun!!

Great Marina. Excellent and friendly staff, wide slip isles, and a surprisingly affordable marina store. With the food truck and jazz music adding to the ambience at the entrance, BHM is a great place to enjoy your sundowner.

Beautiful views from a sparkling clean marina. Farmers and Foragers eatery on site is a bonus! Friendly staff privided excellent service.

Burlington Harbor Marina is a wonderful place to tie up whether you’re pulling in for the night, a few days or looking for a seasonal berth. The new amenities for 2021 including a much more well-stocked ship store and nice picnic tables outside are a bonus. I especially love the new docks and convenient access with great parking not too far off. Our classic boat club just had our annual show there and it went off without a hitch. Check it out!

This marina is incredible. We unexpectedly came in late and they stayed after hours to help us!! It was clean, well maintained and i felt very safe leaving our boat in the evenings.

Bob and Vivian are lovely people who maintain a first class marina. Best experience we’ve had on lake Chaplain. No kidding. Spotless facility. Nice and attentive staff. We wish we lived close enough to be permanent renters. We’ll stay here whenever in Burlington no question.

Staff worked hard to make our stay excellent. Vivian gave me 3 stamps from her pocket and Jack gave me fishing line(which I caught several fish). Facilities are immaculate and staff is always cleaning. Location is perfect and downtown is an easy walk. Town bike paths cross property and go for miles.

Everything functional, etc. As a 40 year experienced mariner, this location was better than imagined. Would certainly use them again, and recommend them highly! Vivien Allan was part of the staff I had the pleasure of dealing with.

Everything one would want in a marina! New, well-designed docks, great merchandise in the ship’s store, tastefully designed, sparkling clean showers, bathrooms and laundry. Cafe food truck on site has a fun menu of foods and they can deliver to your boat! Jack, Robert, Vivian and all the crew here are so friendly and hospitable. Best marina in Burlington Vt. on Lake Champlain. We’ll be back!

Great place and great staff!

We stayed two nights and we would say this is the nicest marina we’ve ever stayed at. We came up the Hudson River from Kingston NY through the Champlain Canal to Burlington. The overall condition of the facility was excellent. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate, something you don’t often see when boating. The docks were large, new, and well protected from the wind. Walking into the center of Burlington was all of 5 minutes. The dock hands were great. And we enjoyed their fresh oysters looking over the marina with musicians playing. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice facility. Ultimately, everything was great. Owners seen a bit stressed and understandably so with a lot of exposure to public people not part of the paying customer group.

New and well-maintained facilities with spacious docks. General manager personally collected needed parts for me from local dealers. Highly recommended.

Beautiful marina behind the main breakwater and additional marina breakwater, right near downtown Burlington. Marina opened last year and has a sort of Scandinavian contemporary look. The staff is very pleasant. The marina is isolated by water and a security gate accessed by a password. The shower/bathroom facilities are always ultra-clean and have a pleasant teakwood/nautical look. Docking help well-trained and personable. The docks are super-clean and maintained, and have plenty of subdued lighting for night. Electric and water easily accessed. Waterfront park a super-short walk from the marina and many eateries and things to do nearby. Uber also an option from right outside the marina area. Will definitely be returning.

This is our first year at BHM. The facility is new and top notch. Bob and his team provide great service, and we love the scene and the views. Dinner from the food truck delivered to the boat has been great fun.

The marina is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers are brand new and air-conditioned, and are right on the dock itself so you don't have to walk all the way to shore. We stayed a week and had a fantastic time. It's an easy walk to all the downtown restaurants and shopping. The breakwater kept the marina quite calm and we slept great on the boat despite one night with a sustained 30 knot blow! The only issue we had would not be a problem for most people. We trailered to their location and used the launch ramp next door, but there was nowhere to park our truck or trailer on the marina grounds. I lucked out that I knew someone in the area, and I was able to store my trailer in their yard for the week. We had to use the metered town parking for my pickup. I wouldn't say it detracted from the experience, just something to be aware of if you're planning a trip with a trailered boat.

Some slips see enough wave action that two sailboats' masts hit each other and caused damage. This marina is aesthetically nice, and the wave attenuator built into the outer dock smooths the surface of the water, but it does not stop waves completely like the breakwater does. My boat was on the dock straight out from the gangway for the marina's first season, and the rocking from taking west waves on the beam chafed through my wire topping lift and broke my wind indicator from hitting the neighboring mast. Initially I couldn't figure out how the indicator broke, until a neighbor said during a storm we "were rocking so much it looked like your masts were going to hit!" Apparently they did! Staff were aware of this issue and one mentioned their water lines or conduits broke more than once from the docks' motion! They did have a piece of the outer dock out over the winter and I'm not sure if they were able to improve things, I moved out. Not only is the City marina next door more protected from big waves, it was cheaper to pay the full seasonal rate there and lose my deposit at BHM than to pay the balance at BHM!

Our first stay at Burlington Harbor Marina was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When inquiring where trash and recycling were located they offered to take everything. They deliver supplies to your boat . Docks are great. Nice wide slips. Bath house is top notch. Overall it was a great stay.

For sure, the best Marina in Burlington. The new breakwater does a fantastic job in any condition. We've been there many times since the opening last spring and we really enjoyed the location, the accommodations, and the staff! - Sharpy

Best Marina on Lake Champlain by far! Bob and His staff are very professional and friendly. Best dock to see Events and everything B-Town has to offer. Docks are wave protected unlike the rest in the Harbor. Best Gas and Pump Out System aswell. Air conditioned showers and bathrooms kept clean too. Looking forward to staying there again next year!

Nice facility, great place to spend a night. Docks are large and solid, with clean electric and strong water pressure at the slip. Staff were great when we got there, however, nobody answered on the radio or phone even though staff were sitting at the gas dock ready to help. Gate has a lock but they were't using it, but it's right behind the coast guard station so it seemed quite safe.

It was wonderful!! The docks are so nice, bathrooms were cool to be a single room without having to share with someone and the staff was amazing!!!! Macy did a fantastic job putting the poker run event parking together and she’s a rockstar on the dock and knows her stuff!!
