OK marina that is absolutely huge and very reasonably priced for transients. Tropics is a nearby restaurant that we really enjoyed. Although the facilities were nice enough, there were a great many items that prevent me from giving a higher rating including:
1) The docks are covered in a slime/mold of some sort and in need of power washing
2) Our shore power cord of the correct amperage physically couldn't fit into the dock box, so a kind neighbor lent us his cord
3) The code we were given didn't work and the marina had to reset the locks after a lot of back and forth with the office
4) Despite being assured that the channel depths were fine for a sailboat, we actually bumped the bottom when leaving the marina after giving way to an incoming power boat (we draw 5'8"), so pay very close attention to the markers as we were fine coming into the marina
5) The marina isn't close to downtown, so you'll have to Uber if you want to explore
Generally speaking, this marina has a ton of potential. My two cents is management needs to find a way to get the harbor full (looks to only be 1/3 - 1/2 capacity) and invest some of the increased revenue back into the marina.
