We have visited Osprey Point for about 20 years and have always enjoyed our time there. While the grounds are well groomed and beautiful and the dock hands helpful, the condition of the floating docks is rapidly deteriorating. The finger pier a few slips from mine had collapsed into the water and the electrical transformer boxes directly behind my slip had sunken 6" below the surface of the decking, due to the rotted framework below creating a very unsafe condition.
Also, both the pool and the restaurant were closed without explanation.
