The staff was not well informed about the facilities. Poor access to both power and water. When the dockhand informed his manager of the over 200ft run to the nearest water spigot over the radio and inquired if the office had a hose they could loan the captain for 30 mins. The manager responded over the phone, is there fill on the stern? Tell them to turn the boat around! So much more could be said...... will not likely return.
