Friendly family-owned full service marina. The docks, utilities, fuel dock and restrooms are well-maintained. There’s ample water at low tide and the entrance channel is wide and deep. The boat repairs in the shops here are top quality!

I've been trying to have Ocean Gate haul me for about 4-6 weeks. Sarah obviously does not understand the realities of moving a 50 ft sailboat up to Barnagate via the inlet and the need for arriving with the tide. Also does not understand the inlet and a sailboat during bad weather. After finally agreeing that I would bring the boat up this Sunday August 6th at 5PM (I was hoping I'd have enough water) Sarah just called me and said I shouldn't come. Apparently when I was trying to explain the depth problem the other day I was considered rude. Not that she wasn't rude for not being able to listen and understand and the 5 times she was supposed to call me during the previous two weeks and didn't. I have never been treated by any business in my life the way I was treated by Sarah and Ocean Gate.

This is a nice marina that is unfortunately run by an idiot. At Ocean Gate the customer comes last. They completely screwed up my repair and could care less that their incompetence cost me three weeks of time on the water this summer. Save yourself the trouble and find a marina that puts their customers first!
