YOUR STAFF IS EXCELENT, WE ENJOY OUR EXPERIENCE IN THE MARINE
Third year and absolutely no complaints
Nice, friendly staff! They take great care of our boat. Affordable docking prices. Love All-Seasons Marina!
The new owners are already making their presence noticed. The yard is more organized and cleaned up. The only knock is that that there should have been better communication about the water problem. I learned of it from another boat owner working in the yard. If I had driven distance to work on my boat to find that out I would have been very annoyed. Living close, I was able to work around it. Stuff happens and you got right on it but communication is the key. BTW, the ladies in the office were very tolerant with yet another owner asking about when it would be fixed!
Looking forward to the new ownership.
I have been docking there for over 40 years and very much appreciate their friendly staff and the plethora of services that they have provided me over the years. It’s truly great having a ships store on premises for marine parts, boating supplies, as well as bait and tackle. But for me, it’s the location that keeps me coming back as they are literally 5 minutes from my house. Having the ability to refuel at their gas dock when coming and going has its benefits as well. They have everything you need to get you on the water and keep you there, so if you are on the fence, give them a try and you will surely be smiling from ear to ear!
All Seasons Marina needs a facelift and new equipment. The lifts were down some occasions when I wanted to use my boat. The staff had trouble keeping up with boat being lifted in and out on weekends with mid-day high tides. There was always a shortage of water hoses to clean boats and flush engines on return trips. Plus a Shortage of ladders to get onto boats dry docked outside. 2 of the 3 women running the shop were very nice, receptive and pleasant all Summer. One consistantly couldn't be bothered providing services or calls.
Docks are in need of repair..
sit the dock, where the waverunners are needs considerable amount of work
My boat was on 1 of 2 beautiful brand new floating red wood docks. Someone is always in the office area and the personnel there are extremely helpful. Good location and good parking. The bathroom and shower facilities need an upgrade. Seagull deterent is needed. No dock box allowed.
Overall a good season at the marina. They continue to make improvements like most recently upgrading the lighting on B-Dock. Rachel and Jennifer are very helpful in the office and Russel and Morgana are quick to respond to my questions around the dock and fuel dock. All four are very courteous and friendly. The folks at Dave Wilson Marine are a great asset. They do an excellent job on maintenance of my boat and any repairs needed.
There were times where it took too long from the time we swiped in for our boat to be put in the water or once returned to be put on a service rack as requested. It seems too crowded at times coming in/out of the marina as a result of less dock slips that were taken out last season.
All Seasons Marina is in a terrific location in South Jersey. The marina amenities are acceptable. "B" dock is in need of some TLC, with uneven dock boards and leaking freshwater hose connections. Many other areas of the marina and docks have been upgraded, it's now "B" docks turn. Overall, it has been a nice season at the marina.
Marina service was a little slow this year, probably due to the lack of experience. Noticed that upgrades are being done and that is positive.
Loved our dock and spot for the season.
Jennifer and Rachel were very helpful throughout the season, and the guys bringing the boat in and out were just as helpful.
Poor fresh water quality No water at low tide Fish cutting station not maintained
Old pilings stacked up in the parking lot by my slip for the entire season. Made it very difficult to load and unload after each trip. Also a tripping hazard. The water at the docks is terrible. Loaded with iron from the well water. Turns white boats/decks orange. I spent lots of time with rust removers to clean my boat. The water should be treated to remove iron. I am not the only person who has experienced this.
We sold our boat in the beginning of the season because my husband found out he had a health issue and they refused to give us any $ back. They also told us we couldn’t put another boat in there. Total rip off. Over charged and no boat slip. I would not recommend All Seasons. They could have given some of our $ back and re-rented the space. So our rack sat empty all summer (to the best of our knowledge) and they kept our $3000+. Sad.
Great people but more work needs to be done on the existing docks. Many loose boads and the bulkhead along C dock is rotting away
Very nice new docks and set-ups. Water stations, electric, etc. Best I've seen in the area. Office team is very accommodating and helpful. Bathhouse, fish cleaning station, gas. Pretty much has it all including ample parking. I will certainly be returning
Pay for indoor storage, but it gets more water in it than if you just stored it in your driveway. At least you can have it draining in your yard. When I went to pull it for the season it was the worst. I am surprised it didn't sink when they dropped it in the water. My boat is only a small 16' and it was 12" full of water. Pics to prove it but can't upload on here. Just awful experience with how they treat the boats and facility. Note as well that there is no discount for the size boat, I paid as much as the large boats and if they treated mine this bad I wouldn't want larger boats stored there.
Marina well taken care of and staff were pleasant and helpful. Be back next year.
Great staff, always very helpful.
The boat launch ramp sucks. At high tide, which is when I launch and pick up my boat you must get in the water in order to get onto the floating dock. At my age it is very difficult to mount a 20 or so inch high dock. At the very least there should be an intermediate step to accommodate people like me. You might want to check the ADA for whether this is compliant. Recently after my boat was out of its slip at low tide I had less than 12 inches of water. My slip needs to be dredged. I am on B dock near the end. Generally, this marina is run down. The fish cleaning station forces you to dispose of fish entrails in a barrel instead of feeding local wildlife. Had to supply my own nozzle for the hose. By the end of summer, it smells pretty bad. I have no doubt there will be yet another price increase. For What???? Time to look for a new home
Awesome. People are amazing that work there
Some initial confusion but that can be attributed to this being my first time as a transient boater.
Stayed the night for NIV at ocean city coming up from Avalon. Slips had almost no water, shore power didn’t work, docking was out dated and quite frankly unsafe to walk on. They’ve got some work to do. Bathrooms were OK but info when making reservation was poor when it comes to docking. Even the slip we should have been in was occupied and no info based on where to go otherwise. Wouldn’t use the marina again unless no other options.
It’s a great location. I’ve used it for the last four years. Unfortunately, the prices almost doubled.
I did not stay here. Looking to get my winter storage fee back.
Great place for storage and repairs..
Marina is in second year of new ownership. Everytime i visit I notice new improvements, some small and some bigger, there is a significant investment going on at the property and their services. Downside is that the prices for boat storage and dockage have increased dramatically.
AllSeasons Marina has taken care of our boat for many years. They have never met us down. New ownership has made it even nicer, and same people work there year after year!
Very accommodating crew at All Seasons. I highly recommend.
This was our first season at All Seasons. We couldn't have been happier with our slip, and the management of the marina.
Office Staff and Yard staff has always been very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Our overall experience was short because our boat came in September. So we only really used the services for a portion of the summer.
