Absolutely Horrible. I was docked in the canal under the boat barn, and my boat became a nest for spiders and other creatures. It was impossible to keep the boat clean due to droppings from God knows what. There was once water available at the hose bib to wash the boat, but apparently the water line broke and the owner would not fix it. The previous owner took one month's rent as deposit to be refunded upon relinquishing the slip, but the new owner refused to reimburse me for that. This was a truly awful experience, and it took away all of the fun of boating.
