Mike made docking easy. He communicated well with us over the radio with clear and precise directions. We did see an alligator behind our boat. The convenience of getting a pumpout in your slip is great. The manor was lovely. We had a tour it was interesting. The free laundry was wonderful. 4 washers and 4 dryers. The bathrooms were large and had a bench, lots of hooks and nice bath towels. The deck by the laundry room was pretty dirty with empty food boxes and some spilled food. I would definitely stay again.
