Safety, deferred maintenance and marina mooring configuration is very concerning. The marina is never properly adjusted for the current causing significant movement of docks during the year, docks that are not straight and uneven pulling on dock moorings. Primary electrical connection runs underwater due to improper layout at the dock ramp which is very dangerous.
