The communication was great via email and text. Slip was fine and great location.
The dock is full of trip hazards. Broken concrete, lifted up plywood etc. Just awaiting an accident to happen.
The parking should be free for the daily slip renters.
To pay for Parking in an almost empty parking lot is a bit of an insult.
