this place is a dumpster fire.
ownership doesn’t care about it at all. docks are awful, the kid running the place can never be found. either gone with his girlfriend or just sleeping till noon. the pump out never worked, the driveways were awful, the power never worked properly. paid for 30 amp but could not run my air conditioner. everywhere else i went it was fine.
d dock got some gravel this year but no one else did. the kid saying he would handle things never did anything. they raised the rates by 100% to some boaters but others got discounts. if i were you i would stay far away from this place.
