Port Canaveral Yacht Club

Slips were all new, club members were great. helped us tie up and offered info on area, fuel, and fun. plus plenty of smiles.

I don't know which is better, the brand new floating docks or the tremendous volunteers who greeted us and welcomed us with the soft opening of their tiki bar and Sunday brunch. Or only disappointment was that a launch that was scheduled had to be scrubbed. This would be an awesome location to view a launch. We hope to return again.

It's all about the people and this place has great people. So many of the members are welcoming and work hard to maintain the facility.

Everyone is friendly, but if you need a 50 amp make sure you let them know ahead of time. They do not have 50 amps on many electrical outlets.

We arrived very early in the morning to Canaveral sailing all night from Bahamas We had tried to Call and write to all the marinas in Canaveral but Only one answered: Port canaveral yacht club. We where greeted by the dock master and his wife who assisted us in docking. The atmosphere in the club is the best I ever have encountered in my 40 years of sailing- like being welcomed to a big family. And all facilities are excellent. Even the price is modest and reasonable ! So give it a try- I am sure you will not regret. Sailing yacht iSea, Denmark.

Absolutely incredible experience. Stayed as transients. They treated us like family. They have everything you need here. Close to machine shops, propellor shops, bait and tackle, ace hardware, restaurants, welding, mechanics plus a small workshop with much needed amenities. Great place to do work for extremely fair prices. This is no ordinary yachty yacht club. An incredible experience all around.

Great location with easy access

Extremely nice people. Very quiet. Good location for viewing rocket launches. Fixed dock was a challenge for our 11 yr old golden retriever but once off the boat the dog walking is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and kind members assisting us into our slip. A tight squeeze for a catamaran in between pilings. Great communication. Thanks, especially, to Barbara the Dockmaster.

It is the second time we stop in Port Canaveral YC, and we came back because we like it a lot. The dock and facilities are very good, very clean, very everything - but more importantly the people at the dock and at the YC, are the nicest we have met all along the coast. By far our prefere place to dock so far.

Very nice marina and staff are very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many good restaurants in Port Canaveral. The Yacht Club does server dinner on select nights although we did not partake. Many services in nearby Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, a short Uber ride away. Enterprise and Alamo Rental cars available a few blocks from the marina. Saturday and Sundays are festive at their tikibar in a family friendly atmosphere including games on the lawn. Restrooms are clean and functional and available 24/7. When there's a launch at Kennedy, there's good viewing spot on the balcony! Four stars only because docks are fixed with outlying posts to tie up the bows; hard to manage in some boats. There is a floating dock as the T-head (side-tie); mostly for transients, I think. We've stayed here multiple times and will plan to come back when at Cape Canaveral.

Great access and very friendly staff. Bathrooms were spotless and yacht club dinner was superb. Price was right. Only issue (minor) was navigating short, fixed finger piers on fixed docks with tides. Will visit again.

PCYC is a very friendly and inviting yacht club marina. They welcome transients and very nice facilities. The bathrooms are clean, the showers are hot and they have a great location to watch rocket launches.

Very good experience it all went smoothly

We could not asked for more. This is an actual yacht club and you get the same privileges as any guest. The restaurant and tiki bar are great with low priced menus since they are a non-profit organization. Bathrooms are kept very clean. The area and dock is the most secure area that we have been to. There's any type of maintenance support right next door and if you need to be hauled out, the marina is also next door. A perfect spot with beaches and other restaurants near by. People are very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Our experience began with the great volunteer Dockmaster, Mike, who helped us with our reservation and arrival. Everyone there was very friendly. The facility was clean. We had dinner and the meal was nice.

Friendly staff and members. Easy in/out as you don’t need to go through the locks if coming from the ocean-side. Clean restrooms.

Stayed two night on our Leopard 40 on the floating T dock. Dockmasters Mike and Saundra called to check on us to make sure we were arriving that evening. They came out and helped us tie up, showed us the laundry, Yacht Club, and Tiki bar. They also provided delightful conversation, invited us to make dinner reservations at the Yacht Club, and gave us tips for taking our dinghy thru the Lock. We had a great expericence here. Top notch!

The service and response times are top notch. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted and tied up. The floating end tie was a relief for our catamaran. Stayed one night but could have been many. Highly recommended and will return.

This is one of my favorite marinas on Dockwa! Dock master and his wife are very hands on and this marina is cared for well. They make you feel like part of the club family. Chris makes some great food weds and fridays as well. A must stay on our list when coming and going

Good docks, excellent support from dock master and others, good clean cool restrooms and showers, a really good place to stop.

They were terrific. I was asked to call just before arrival to PCYC had two folks to assist in docking. I arrived late because the SR #3 bridge made me wait two hours. I found my friends on the 2nd floor just before 'last call, The bar tender heard my story and served me two drinks on the house. The club is well-maintained with excellent bathrooms. I was there as a participant in the Ohio Shoals Race

Great pair of dock masters that will help you Dock into your slip!! Great food and drinks. This will be my go to when I come back to this area.

Great marina. Extremely helpful people. You cannot get a better price around there for such great berths. Amenities are nice and clean. Each berth has access to shore power and water. WI-FI on the dock so you can connect from your boat. Highly recommended for transient stop over!

Everyone there was extremely helpful and the dockmaster went out of his way to get me the power to my boat. I certainly look forward to staying there on my return trip from the Bahamas.

Very friendly staff and marina community. Bath house facilities very good (newly renovated). Prices are very reasonable. Only detractor is the physical location if you need to be walking distance for provisions, you’re out of luck. There are several decent restaurants within walking distance, however. Would definitely recommend this marina.

Really warm and welcoming people at this quite, private yacht club make this a great place to stop and stay a while on your way through the Space Coast. Reciprocals with all Yachting Club of America clubs means third night is free!
