Shout out to the management/staff at Manchester-by-the-Sea's town dock. Communication when I had questions before I even got there was easy, timely, courteous and accurate. We were met at the dock by a friendly, helpful staff member. As First Mate on the boat way more often than not, I am always so grateful to have someone waiting for us, ready to grab a line. Same thing when we left. Definitely a 5-star experience!
