Very quiet. The staff are very pleasant and warm. Close to provisioning, liquor store and great breakfast place “Laughing Gull”. Very sheltered from the wind. Good icecream across the street. Short walk to Singing Beach. The only thing I would say is that for the price ($98) it’s very pricey compared to other places since there is no shore power, showers, pump out services, laundry, hot tub etc.
