The Harbormaster team, and in particular Bian, were phenomenal. We discovered a sheared bolt on the engine block end of our alternator tensioner arm at 4:25 on a Friday afternoon. Bian was on the phone with every potential shop to help us secure tools to make the repair. He finally directed us to a local auto mechanic who turned out to be a very capable marine diesel mechanic.
