The marina team was exceedingly pleasant and it was incredible being right up on the town seawall allowing close proximity (in walking distance) to all of the town "treasures" including Singing Beach as well as the historical society museum, Allen's, Cala's, Bravo's wood grilled pizza, Capt Dusty's Ice Cream, the local book, grocery and hardware stores. The Mass train also runs to Boston/Salem or Gloucester for a nominal price. If you are self-sufficient (no power on the dock yet) and skinny (< 5 foot draft), this is a jewel between Gloucester (Cape Anne) and Salem, MA filled with 400 years of history and family run businesses. Stay in the very narrow channel and plan to come in during the daylight, but the staff will help land you on the dock. Fuel is available at Crocker's (a near by marina).
