Mystic Downtown Marina is a gem! You are staying right in historical Mystic. One of the best pastry bakeries on the the east coast, Sift, run by Adam Young is a few hundred yards away. The river is very calm and currents are modest. You can easily go up mystic river with a dinghy or paddeboards to Mystic Seaport. The dockmaster, Brian, is exceptionally kind and helpful. Showers and restrooms are nice and clean. We have been staying a couple of weekends each summer and hope to be back later this season again.
