Report Review

Hello to all boaters in 2023 I have been a boater since 1984 i’ve been in Moonbeam Gateway Marina for the past seven years since there’s no people had taken over for the past three years, they are so in responsible to work with I had a boat there for the pass certain years and I never had any issue on the year of 2020 to October 6. They sent me a text that my boat was in distress with a picture when I got there. My vote was already 6 feet under. My boat was only 2 1/2 years old. These people are always doing stuff that is not right they don’t have the license to do bottom painting, they take your money they tell you they will put you down in the water at this date you choose then they have an issue with their license of the crane who is when my boat was under the water they were charging me $12 a foot to bring it out then when I went into the office 10 minutes later, they were charging me $16 a foot mine insurance carrier called the Coast Guard and they brought it up out of the water with the diapers and they charge me $5000 that was fine after that when I had a transporter picking up my boat from the marina they told him they couldn’t release it till I paid a bill of $3600 which they call a emergency hall which the Coast Guard took care of it already which Mike, the manager from the office gave my transporter a hard time when they spoke to me I paid it would be American Express and after that I reverse the charges these people are dishonest and liars. They do not have a mechanic which they have let go from the yard. The mechanic have been there for over 35 years. if you guys decide to be there for the season, paying with credit card, never pay cash they are disgusting to work with. I will put pictures in a video of the boat when he was under the water. They also said that the videos camera wasn’t working. if you do rent from them, check the cameras, check everything the electric the water too much is going on there plus check the license to be.sure they are active they only text me when my neighbor told them that my boat sank. from Nelson.
