Report Review

Long review but worth the read… My wife and I have visited many marinas this year throughout eastern Long Island and this one was our favorite. A bit tight for slipping, but nothing crazy at all. Dock hands were great and helpful. The atmosphere was fantastic, both lively and fun. Great restaurant, food trucks, outdoor bar and a great pool. Everything was super clean and organized. Bathrooms and showers were perfect and more than one location for easy use. The grounds were very relaxing, having Adirondack under shaded trees, the docks all lead to each other so you could walk the entire marina and fantastic spaces to hang out and relax. The approach was super easy and water was deep throughout. I did have one huge complaint that was squashed immediately. On the day of arrival it was really hot and all we wanted to do was hop in the pool, but it was closed because the life guard called in sick. I went to the office and before I could even complain, Megan the office manager said the life guard was out for the day and she would be up to the pool in a minute and open it up for us while she stood in as a lifeguard. I didn’t even ask, request or negotiate, it was the first thing she said after she said hello to me. I couldn’t believe it and totally appreciated it. She was an awesome person and went totally out of her way to make sure we were happy with our stay. She is a true asset to her employer! To wrap it up… go and you won’t be disappointed!!!!
