We are a 48’ Carver MV - We hit rocks just as we approached the last real marker and just as we received a phone call from NVYC to warn us of the rocks ? You need to put a red danger warning on the water 20 feet or more to stop this from happening and to stop vessel damage we do not know what damage has been done to our vessel. We hauled out at The Boat Yard at Grand Marina today 8/11- We have starboard prop with 4 blades bent and off center by 3/4" checking drive shaft tomorrow All this could have been avoided by having a marker DANGER
The attitude of the NVYC is this happens quite often ! We will never visit this club again, We will discourage others from visiting this club !
