Very quiet and friendly staff! The pool was super inconvenient! We had to get in line by 11 am in order to get a pool bracelet for the day and if you left, they were supposed to cut your bracelet. We did get into the pool but not until 4 pm since you are supposed to dock at 1 pm for a transient slip. We witnessed lots of people leaving and not having their bracelets cut. A better way to manage the COVID restrictions would have been to count the number of people in the pool then restrict access or give everyone a 2 hour time span to enjoy the lovely pool.
