We enjoyed our stay at Lamb's. The marina is doing a lot of work, and it is a comfortable stay. The entrance channel is narrow but well marked. We draw 3.5 ft and saw at least 6 all the way in. Docking can be tight, with the docks tucked into corners so you will need to be somewhat maneuverable. The dock staff will help you in. The restaurant at the marina is closed, but there is a place, "Topside Catering," just up the street that does takeout food. It was EXCELLENT! Some of the best Fried Chicken we've ever had! (Note: Fried chicken is not on the menu board. We asked and were told, "Of COURSE we have fried chicken!) Lamb's is a great value at $40 with electric.
Munchkinmanner's review is out of date. Best diesel prices we have found on the ICW when we stopped there May 20, 2014. Extremely helpful staff and friendly atmosphere, the way boating used to be. Great general store on site and a new restaurant about to open. Don't be put off by seemingly narrow entrance, it's well marked and plenty of turning room at the fuel dock. Shower room were among the cleanest we have seen and there are plenty of them; no line-ups! Not fancy, but a real gem.
