Sailfish Marina of Stuart

Stayed 2 nights on the dock for air installation at Overton Marine A/C (great!). Good communication and dockhands. This marina mostly caters to the big sportsfishers. Breakfast and lunch spot, and a good tackle shop on site. About a mile and a half to several restaurants.

Awesome! Dave was there when we arrived and helped us get into a tight slip (wind + no bow thruster = trouble). Ellie’s diner there on the property was great for breakfast and lunch & the tackle shop had a TON of stuff to choose from - not just the basics. All the staff was helpful and friendly and made our stay great. Wish we’d have had a few more days there but we were on a tight schedule. Definitely recommend Sailfish Marina if you’re in the Stuart area!

Got in late and they did a great job of communications with me. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. David met us in am and helped us off. Very nice.

This is a definite stop-over place not more. I got the bathroom codes from one of the other slip holders and it was relatively noisy because of a ventilator on the boat next store. Be warned if you exit on the side of your vessel, the finger piers are short.

Small family owned Marina. Best we have ever stopped at. I had to be unexpectedly admitted to the hospital and the staff was there to help my wife with all the deliveries we had planned for the week we were there for service. They helped her tremendously while I was away for 3 days. This is the type of old school service and community that the boating community used to be before corporations bought up all the marinas. Thank you Sailfish Marina you guys will have a special place in our hearts forever!
