Very nice stay in a nasty northeast wind. The harbor is spectacular. Harbor master communication was great as were instructions, mooring maps, etc.
My only nit would be to have coded access to the bathrooms (as they already do for the showers) for early morning and after hours for the boats with large crews and small holding tanks. But there are bathrooms at the ferry terminal as well.
