I was excited to use this Marina after serving and returning back to Colorado permanently. Great facility but you need to belong to the Eric clique to feel welcomed. I am not part of his clique. Learned there was a band playing which I did not have tickets so i watched outside the perimeter. Eric came and told me to move because I was quote 8 inches inside his alcohol perimeter. I had no issue moving but when his friend stood in the exact same spot with alcohol conversing with Eric I thought what a bunch of crap!! Don’t want to be in his clique either. This place is not for all so be prepared owner makes you feel very non welcomed
