Poorly manage, will take your money and won’t finish the job. The place is a mess and even unsafe. Stay away from them. Don’t do business with Tim!

Tim's side of the marina is CROOKED!!!! I purchased a boat from a seller who had the boat there. When I had the boat surveyed, everyone agreed that the $1200 that I paid for launching, and then hauling and blocking after the sea trial, included a free back in if I purchased the boat. I wound up purchasing the boat and when it was time to launch it, Tim's son handed me a bill for $856 to drop my boat out of the slings. I objected but wound up settling with them for $600. SHAMEFUL !!! I stopped at Pelican Yacht Club for fuel before heading out and mentioned what happened and some people there said that they were familiar with Riverside Marina. They said that Tim and Sally inherited the marina and Sally's side is a legit operation, but Tim's side is filled with drug addicts and thieves. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.

A 1 month job took 8 MONTHS, only to see our bill triple, only accept cash and charged for parts and work not done, but would not put in water without paying cash. :(

Tim is a rip off. Hardly their have random people with no real skills and will up charge you for the work. After spending 7k for too boats they are still not running right. Tim is very unorganized, not professional and have thrives hanging around. We are missing parts when confronted where told I don’t know let me look and then give us parts that aren’t ours. Shameful... It’s time for them to shut the doors. He has random employees or that wife of his doing reviews knowing that he has bad reviews with people saying the same thing even on YouTube. CLOSE DOWN already.
