Now, Willoughby Marina is woman owned and operated marina that is located off of I-64 Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT), quietly tucked away in Willoughby Spit. The new owners, being mariners themselves, are proud locals of the Norfolk area that want to keep historical locations like this from washing away. With big plans for the future, Willoughby Marina is here to serve both locals and transients alike.
