Just spent a night there and won't go back. Docks are new and nice but there was no working electric. Dockmaster, nor any other staff, even came to introduce themselves, let alone fix the problem. I requested a partial refund for the electric and now they won't answer text or phone calls. Worst customer service in Newport - won't go back.
