Once construction is completed, this will be a star marina in Newport. Sam (dockmaster) could not have been more accommodating. Will visit again.

Fortunately the other reviews mentioned there was no electricity or services. When I booked in May they said there would be but when I realized a couple of weeks out they let me know there wasn't power. It was mid-summer so other options were limited. We were able to make do but should've been contacted in case power was necessary. The docks are great since they're so new, water power is awesome. But we were moved a couple of times to accommodate other boats so leaving the dock a couple of times was challenging as we were in pretty far. There's a boat club that seems to have an hourly revolving door of boats coming and going-good to time it as there are novice boaters taking out rentals. It's a perfect location and will be a 5 star marina very soon. But while the construction is going on, good to think through. There is an area you have to climb over from the dock that is exposed and could be a risk of falling if dark or you're unsteady. We never saw any dock staff but they were very responsive by Dockwa messaging.
The staff is extremely accommodating. The docks are all new and well built. The water pressure is amazing, great for wash downs. The location is right in the middle of downtown. Ther is a convenient parking lot at the end of the pier for any visitors, even overnighers.
Just spent a night there and won't go back. Docks are new and nice but there was no working electric. Dockmaster, nor any other staff, even came to introduce themselves, let alone fix the problem. I requested a partial refund for the electric and now they won't answer text or phone calls. Worst customer service in Newport - won't go back.
Great docks, service, and location. Still working on power, head facilities, and parking lot. Will be to tier when finished. Sam the dockmaster is very accommodating.
The Dock itself is beautiful. But, contrary to their info, there is NO Electricity. There are Pedestals, with no power. We called 3 times and left 2 text messages. No one called us back about us not having power. They don’t use VHF! Couldn’t find the “air conditioned bathrooms,” or any heads/showers! We spent $928.00 for 2 nights and have nothing to show for it!
