Fortunately the other reviews mentioned there was no electricity or services. When I booked in May they said there would be but when I realized a couple of weeks out they let me know there wasn't power. It was mid-summer so other options were limited. We were able to make do but should've been contacted in case power was necessary. The docks are great since they're so new, water power is awesome. But we were moved a couple of times to accommodate other boats so leaving the dock a couple of times was challenging as we were in pretty far. There's a boat club that seems to have an hourly revolving door of boats coming and going-good to time it as there are novice boaters taking out rentals. It's a perfect location and will be a 5 star marina very soon. But while the construction is going on, good to think through. There is an area you have to climb over from the dock that is exposed and could be a risk of falling if dark or you're unsteady. We never saw any dock staff but they were very responsive by Dockwa messaging.
