We stayed here for three months while getting our boat ready for the Bahamas. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is great - good views, good access to the gulf, restaurants and groceries within walking distance, West Marine and Home Depot / Lowes within a short drive. Part of the marina is long-term storage and part is for transient boaters, while we were there our neighbors were all kind and courteous.
The only downsides of the marina are that it's partly under construction with a major project the city is doing; the internet didn't work for me the entire time we were there; and there is a decent amount of current (time your arrivals/departures to slack tide).
