The marina called us exactly at 1 p.m. to confirm our reservation and gave us last minute docking instructions. The marina staff were standing at our slip when we arrived. They made sure to chase off the rental boats which were blocking our slip. Check in took only 5 minutes. Our slip was only a short walk to Clear Sky a very popular restaurant and Capital Theater. We took in a concert (The Fixx) and walking home late at night felt very secure.
Things to watch out for at Marina. Be very aware of the strong current in the marina. The only other thing is sea birds and what they leave behind. LOL.
