Excellent staff. Extremely clean. Free pump out!!! Centrally located w lots of low cost, clean and safe public transportation. We watched a great rock concert from the lawn outside the amphitheater. Affordable per foot dockage cost w an option of a better deal for a full week. Wonderful safe place to
stay w 24 hour security.
