Samantha-Not so good. Upon check-in we were not informed about the WiFi code. We were also not informed that upon departure we only had to call the office for someone to pick up our key and deliver our deposit. Samatha was also not sure about general information about trolleys, etc. She could have been more helpful in my opinion.
