Called to check where specifically the slip was located in the marina. No one mentioned I need a key card to re-enter the gate. l Iooked for someone in the office, saw no one and called before dinner then at dinner. When I got back to the gate I even started texting. NO ANSWER !!! I did not receive a message until a couple hours later. They stated they were understaffed. This made for a pretty poor experience.
