The Resort was in very good condition, the restaurant served a good meal, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They have very good WiFi, which allowed us to do online proctored COVID-19 antigen tests for our return flights to the US. This is a very handy location to connect with friends arriving through Beef Island.
The only glitch in our experience was that the Resort and Dockwa had different slip fees (Dockwa's was $1/foot more than the Resort advertised--and confirmed on site). I suspect there is/was a fault in their communications. This is not a reason to avoid the Resort, just make sure that you know, in advance, what you're paying.
