Nice quiet harbor with no early morning wake-ups by lobster boats. Had winds from the NE & we were completely protected.
Lovely harbor, and the staff were great. Our mooring didn’t have a number on it so we initially picked up a different one and had to play musical moorings when others arrived. But we got sorted and had a very relaxed night. Facilities are nice but basic- bathrooms, shower, laundry, water. No fuel or ice, although they say they are thinking about ice next year. Dock is ok for dinghies, but our main boat they said would only be able to come in 2hrs either side of high tide. So, a basic place to get a good mooring in a beautiful harbor, run by super friendly people, but limited services.
Pleasant and accommodating management. Nice showers, restrooms and laundry and dock.
Not really a complaint just a suggestion for prospective visitors. If you're traveling with a dog, you should expect a long dinghy ride in and long walk on the pier to get to shore. The head and laundry were nice. Ample fresh water to load up but only at mid to high tide. Adam Kaufman
Wonderful protected harbor, great dock, and we had a great dinner nearby at the Lookout Inn.
