While I used Dockwa for its convenience to book a mooring, I was dissatisfied with the Marina. The marina staff were not available to answer a phone call or VHF to find my assigned mooring. Fortunately a friend who had already arrived was able to find someone to help. When I visited the office to inquire about a parking pass, I was met by Jack who was smoking inside the closed office. Jack informed me that they don’t offer parking passes. I later attempted to enter the marina to access the restrooms and the doors were locked. There are plenty of better marina options in Boothbay.
