Nice fresh facility with floating docks. Newly updated shower rooms, which could use a couple more hooks in each to hang towels, clothing, etc. Very reasonable laundry , $2.50 in 2023 to wash and dry each load. Easy to access fuel dock. Whales Tail restaurant on site with very good entrees. Ship store on site had many things you might need for repairs or updates to your boat. Snacks and some basic food items in store as well. Only con was attentiveness of dock hands and someone to check out items in Ships Store.
