My slip was surrounded by old commercial trollers. I have a fiberglass boat white in color. I keep this boat clean. On more than 1 occasion I found my boat covered in exhaust soot from 1 of the neighboring boats. I had to buy a special cleaner and scrub for hours to remove the STAINS. In the future I would ask to be moored with like boats. Other than that the facilities are adequate and the port employees are great.
