Chris is the friendliest and most customer satisfaction focused individual I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had spoken to him earlier in the day on his cell phone (he encourages calling as the phone is always with him) to find out which side of our boat to rig for lines. I knew I had a winner when he replied, "do you have a preference?". As we were coming into the harbor at Sakonnet Point Harbor he called with very clear instructions as to getting to our slip "where I'll meet you with two docking hands. Needless to say the docking was very efficient.
I had requested of Chris authorization to eat at the onsite Sakonnet Point Yacht Club. We no sooner finished our docking when he produced a filled out, temporary, membership card. The service and food we received at the YC were exceptional.
