We requested a reservation on Dockwa the night before our requested stay. The following morning, we received a text from the dockmaster, welcoming us and providing us with all the information we needed. She gave us expected conditions (depth, current direction and wind), with guidance for entering Factory Creek. In addition, a picture was included showing us our slip location in the marina. The staff (owner) were on hand to greet us and help us tie up. Not a fancy place, but clean, in good condition and much better pricing than the neighboring Safe Harbor marinas. In addition, there is a good seafood restaurant on site.
