Small Marina in a great spot. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops and beaches. Jim is very helpful and communicated very well before and during the stay. Some of the spots are a little tight, but it very protected so easy to maneuver. Will be back soon.
Small marina about to be totally redone. A true community with a super group of people. Great marina manager. Close to the beach, a great restaurant next door and several more close by. First time we were back in several years. We were there often and will go there again.
The docks will be fixed soon according to the extremely hospitable dock master. The hospitality and dock assistance was 5 stars. This marina is very small and is a tight squeeze for but can easily accommodate boats with a 4.5 draft 41’ and under. No Height restriction
We only docked overnight but everything we utilized was good. Jim, the manager, was fantastic! He came out to the farthest dock to wave us in; helped tie up the boat and unload. Then, he drove us to our hotel! In the morning he pick us up again. Provided ice for our coolers, and set us on our way. I will definitely be back. Manasota Key is an awesome place too.
Great location to go to the beach. Enjoyed the White Elephant Pub. Good food at reasonable prices. The marina was damaged in the hurricane so the marina is working towards rebuilding.
An excellent experience. The location is A-Plus with multiple restaurants and the beach within a couple hundred yards. Jim is a very high energy manager that goes the extra mile. They are in the process of upgrading all of their facilities. They were hit hard by hurricane Ian. We highly recommend .
Jim took great care of us at the marina. The beach is across the street, we rode bikes to a seafood/music festival in town. Lots of live music at the restaurants nearby.
This marina is in the process of repairing the docs and amenities. I will not judge them on the conditions as they are temporary and are scheduled to commence repairs in February of 2024. The location is fabulous, you are steps away from Englewood beach. Just North is the entrance and parking to the public beach and as you work your way South there are a few access points. We did listen to the music from the restaurant directly across the marina, we loved the music so was a benefit to us, but be aware it will not be "quiet". Jim the dockmaster was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. They had just installed brand new complimentary washer/dryer combos and there was plenty of free ice in the new icemaker. All in all, will be a great place to visit once they get their new docks installed. In the meantime, understand that they are still recovering from the storm, so give them a break.
