Would have given Diversey Harbor a 5 Star rating, BUT... DOCKWA is getting in their way! The Dockway website is awful to work with and very slow. Does not provide answers to questions about parking etc. Go back to the old way of handling reservations for a slip with Kevin and his crew. Kevin was wonderful, excellent customer service! He had to change our slip three times, but finally was able to find an actual open slip for us, which was perfect, again the DOCKWA system was to blame! Love Diversey Harbor and the friendly people and staff!
