Nicely located in downtown Winslow on Bainbridge Island, this marina is a fantastic destination for one-day or overnight trips from elsewhere in the South Puget Sound, or for long-term moorage. The main gangway puts you right on the boardwalk in the middle of town, with many shopping and dining choices. It's a short bike ride or walk to the Seattle Ferry, which makes the marina more convenient for a Seattle visit than even Seattle's marinas. Adjacent to the marina is a nicely equipped chandlery, a coffee house that also has a full bar, a theater, restaurants, book stores, banks, and any other amenity you might want. There is ample access to public transportation as well.
The docks are concrete, and are aging, but well-maintained. The docks will be replaced in the next year or so.
