Arrived at fuel dock and topped off tanks, proceeded to slip and tried to plug electric in only to pop breakers, we can only run our refrigerator and an outlet ( no ac, no battery charger, etc) WiFi does not work even with passcode, stressed concern with dock hands but was told " we have no idea" so we sit on a boat with partial electric and no tv, contemplating leaving early and losing our money due to poor service. We are talking over 600 dollars between slip fee and fuel. Heat is 86 degress outside and miserable on the boat. No concern that they rented me a slip that does not accomodate our needs, we will never be back and regret our decision to stay at SHYC!
