We returned here because we were there 2 years ago. This time was a big disappointment. It is 5 star pricing for a 2 (or one) star experience. Among other things, half the dock lights are out, the fire extinguisher cases on the docks are all broken, there is flashing missing from the dock house, the paint is chipping everywhere, and the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in 2 weeks. We were told after we left that the town owns the land and has already stated that they were not going to renew the lease so Safe Harbor has made the decision to not invest further. I'm not sure if it is true but the lack of maintenance is VERY evident. We will not return.
